In this video we will use pan pastels to create a bright sunny background and then create JD in colored pencils. 

Little JD was a young raccoon that came to our backyard a few years ago around Father's Day. He was a bit skinny and his fur was not great. We soon realized he was orphaned. Each day we set out a meal for him .... bananas, grapes and kitty kibble. Here he is rolling in the cool grass mid July during a heat wave.
